Netflix, Photography Campaign Manager

As a Photography Campaign Manager at Netflix, Hanifa was a photography lead on the series team. Working on global priority titles, her productions spanned six continents. Hanifa worked closely with the Content, Marketing, Publicity, Editorial, and Product teams to ensure the best visual experience for the audience. Among her many accomplishments at Netflix, the most notable was building and leading the inclusion and equity efforts on the photo studio team: creating hiring pipelines and mentorship opportunities for photographers from historically excluded backgrounds. The program has impacted fifty-five photographers to date.
